This is a more usable version of the Poof cloud as shown here:

As I said before, use if you like just give either me or :iconstchimera: credit for it and I'd appreciate if you show me what you did.

After extracting all files from zip folder, follow instruction that applies to you:

INSTRUCTIONS:

Photoshop Users:
If you're using the Photoshop file then all you have to do is open up your photoshop project, set the animation mode to Video Timeline (If not visible go to Window>Timeline). Go to the bottom of the window where you should see either "Create Frame Animation" or "Create Video Timeline." If it says "Create Video Timeline" then just click it and you're ready for the next stage, but if it says "Create Frame Animation" then click the down arrow right of that and select "Create Video Timeline." Then click it. Now while your project is still up, open up the "Shadow Clone Poof Cloud(Black BG)" that you just extracted. All you have to do now is click and hold the file in the "layer panel" (commonly on the right side of the canvas) and drag and drop it to your scene. an easier way would to go to the top and go to Window>Arrange> 2 Up Verticle  or Window>Arrange> 2 Up Horizontal... this way you can see both P.s. files on the screen. By default I have the blend mode set to "Linear Dodge(Add)" which keeps the glare/glow effect that I placed on it during Blender Compositing. "Screen" does the same except it's not as heavy. These modes are good and all but most of the details of the blended item is determined by the background. So if you think that it's too bright for your taste, just switch blend mode to "lighten" or "Lighter Color" which may remove most to all of the glare effect but besides getting rid of the black BG the layer under it won't determine the poof cloud's appearance.

Premiere, After Effects, or Common Video Editor User:
Just add either the SWF or MP4 files and just set the blend mode to "Lighten" or "Lighter Color"...
